tuesday- full moon kind of day.

Breakfast- Ezikal cereal with almond milk, cheese stick too... 0/2

Lunch- Subway flatbread with tuna, & my greens 2/2 wasn't all that good.

Snack- nuts ( brazil and almond) at the downtown meeting 0/0

Dinner- fish, broccoli, mash potatoes with carrot and parsnips. 4/4 this has too much carbo's.


Wine- 2 beakers

Yes, i did 20 minutes of workout too.

Lunch, protein & veggie drink with Chia Seed & Blueberry. 6/1

Snack, handfull of Almonds 0/0

Salmon, wheatberry's, green veggies. 4/3

Not a good night, Brenna and I argued, lordy i hate that.
